Doug Gilmour is Global Business Development Manager for TomTom Traffic and Travel products. Trained as a transport economist, he gained his Chartership in Transport Planning within various consultancy and government roles where he was responsible for the development and delivery of strategic transport models. He now drives traffic product innovation and an extension of TomTom’s global historic and real time traffic product portfolio, in partnership with collaborative, strategic partners.

Americas Strategy Director for Cities and Urban Infrastructure, Microsoft


At Microsoft, Jeremy serves as the Americas Strategy Director for Cities and Urban Infrastructure. Prior to Microsoft, he was the Interim Chief Information Officer at the State of New York and also the Deputy Secretary for Technology and Innovation, where he led the state’s IT organization through the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Before his role in New York State, Jeremy held technology leadership positions in the Mayor’s Offices of New York City, San Francisco, and San Jose, California.

He has been featured in the Wall Street Journal’s CIO Journal and has published columns on Digital Transformation and Strategic Investments in Technology in NextGov, Government Technology and State Scoop. Jeremy is the recipient of several public sector fellowships, including the Senior Innovation Fellow position in the Data Smart City Program at Harvard's Bloomberg Center. In 2020, he was recognized as #2 in City and State New York’s Government Technology 50. He is a graduate of the University of Texas-Austin and received his Master’s degree from the University of San Francisco.
