Application process

We take great care in our hiring process to select diverse people who are ready to help us engineer the first real-time map. The process may vary slightly depending on the vacancy and your recruiter can answer any questions you might have.

Your application

Got the skills and experience? We’ll look at your application closely to understand your story and see if it can help us continue to tell ours.

First call

If your application matches the role, then it’s time to put a voice to the name! We’ll call you to set up an interview.

First interview

Time for the first meeting. In this interview, we want to know more about you. What excites you about engineering the first real-time map? Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? Take the lead and show us what drives you.

Online assessment

At TomTom, we handle huge amounts of data, carefully managing it to deliver the perfect maps. Up for this? We’ll send you an assignment - no pressure, use that expertise to show us what you’ve got.

Second interview

If your interview and/or assignment were successful, congratulations! Now, we’ll dive into your potential role, showing you how you’ll fit into your team and help us deliver on our vision.

The final decision

Passed your interviews with flying colors? Convinced you that we’re giving you the right opportunity? Cue the fireworks, because we’ll start the onboarding.
