With 17 years of experience at TomTom, he has held various leadership positions in Research, Engineering and Product Management. Ralf-Peter has a wealth of knowledge and expertise, with more than 20 years of experience in research and development of content and products focused on car-centric traffic sensing and service delivery using probe vehicle data. His responsibilities include the development of applications for dynamic navigation, Traffic Analytics and Traffic Management. Additionally, he leads the annual Congestion Index launch, providing congestion benchmarks for nearly 400 global cities, showcasing his dedication to providing valuable insights into global traffic patterns.

Doug Priest is the Transportation & Urban Infrastructure Lead at Microsoft Worldwide Public Sector. Doug partners with cities around the globe to identify solutions for critical urban and mobility challenges. With over fourteen years of experience in digital transformation and leadership, he has served in roles in government, as well as in the private and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to joining Microsoft, Doug was a Fellow in the New York State Governor’s Office focusing on Technology & Innovation. He has been with Microsoft for the past four years, driving innovation in public sector initiatives worldwide.
