What you'll do:

  • You will install and prepare the computers and software for our new employees and help us provide them with the best experience possible;
  • You will also support TomTom employees in daily issues regarding their hardware or software;
  • You will be doing some user account management (Active Directory);
  • You will also help our internal customers via face-to-face, mail, phone, and call tracking system;
  • You will align with other Support Engineers throughout the different regions within the global team to take part in our global strategy.

What you'll need:

  • You are located in Detroit, USA;
  • You are enrolled in university or have student permit to work - we do not sponsor for this role;
  • You are eligible to start a full-time internship (40 hours p/w) for 6 months, starting from September 2026;
  • You are fluent in English;
  • You have troubleshooting skills and eager to learn;
  • You have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork.
