What you'll do
- Design, configure, and manage Windows, Android, and iOS devices
- Administer Microsoft Intune for enrollment, compliance, configuration, and applications
- Create and maintain remediation and automation scripts
- Optimize endpoint performance, security, and user experience
- Configure and enforce mobile application policies
Patch Management & Security Compliance
- Automate OS and third-party patching using Intune and Patch My PC
- Monitor and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities
- Enforce antivirus, encryption, MFA, and compliance policies
- Perform device audits and maintain regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with Security teams to reduce endpoint risk
Automation & Troubleshooting
- Develop PowerShell automation scripts
- Act as escalation point for complex endpoint issues
- Roadmap & Device Lifecycle
- Own the Windows endpoint roadmap
- Track Microsoft and mobile platform roadmaps
- Manage network printer configuration
- Participate in hardware benchmarking and testing
What you'll need
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Intune experience
- Proven enterprise Windows endpoint management experience
- Strong expertise in Windows 11, Intune, PowerShell, and Entra ID
- Solid understanding of endpoint security best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Nice to have
- Microsoft certifications (Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure Fundamentals)

- Understanding of ITSM frameworks and ticketing systems
- Familiarity with Git (GitLab and/or GitHub)
