We’re Looking For:
- Technical Curiosity: Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.) and familiarity with software development tools. Bonus if you’ve built personal/academic projects that showcase your passion.
- Problem-Solving Drive: Ability to dissect complex systems, debug creatively, and deliver elegant solutions under real-world constraints.
- Innovation Mindset: Excitement about emerging technologies (cloud computing, AI/ML, web development) and a hunger to learn in a collaborative environment.
