Wouter is the Business and Partner Development Manager for TomTom Maps in the Middle East and Africa. Building on a background in international business and diplomacy he first joined TomTom in India, under the Belgian Prince Albert Fund program, where he developed a go-to-market strategy for the India Smart City opportunity. Today Wouter is based in Dubai, where he is responsible for developing partnerships with public and private sector organizations working on mobility and smart city solutions.

Douglas is the Customer Support Manager at TomTom. He helps Strategic Enterprise customers to select and use TomTom’s leading historic and live traffic products and Online APIs within their applications. Before joining TomTom, Douglas provided technical audit and advisory services to transport authorities, managed the development and application of transport models and the economic evaluation of transport investments. He is a Chartered Transport Planner and trained as a Transport Economist at ITS Leeds.
