What you'll do

What you'll need
- Experience between 3-7 years
- Design, develop, and maintain system integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web-based technologies (HTTP, AJAX, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong coding skills in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++)
- Utilize JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, Node.js, jQuery, Apache Jelly, or React to build dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with the development and implementation of Service Portal, CSM and ITSM modules
- Customize and configure the CSM module including Case Management, Advanced Work Assignment (AWA), Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management, and Communities.
- Experience in Customer Account Management, Contract ModuleExposure on ServiceNow capabilities such as Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Orchestration, and applications like SecOps and Asset Management.
- Ensure solutions adhere to ITIL best practices and internal governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Perform system testing and deployment of ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
