    What you'll do

    What you'll need
    • Experience between 3-7 years
    • Design, develop, and maintain system integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web-based technologies (HTTP, AJAX, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
    • Strong coding skills in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++)
    • Utilize JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, Node.js, jQuery, Apache Jelly, or React to build dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
    • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
    • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
    • Experience with the development and implementation of Service Portal, CSM and ITSM modules
    • Customize and configure the CSM module including Case Management, Advanced Work Assignment (AWA), Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management, and Communities.
    • Experience in Customer Account Management, Contract ModuleExposure on ServiceNow capabilities such as Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Orchestration, and applications like SecOps and Asset Management.
    • Ensure solutions adhere to ITIL best practices and internal governance standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
    • Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
    • Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
    • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
    • Perform system testing and deployment of ServiceNow applications and modules.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
