Product Manager - Customer Enablement

    Join us as a Product Manager to help shape the future of our B2B customer experience!

    You will be working with the Customer Enablement Technology (CET) team, driving initiatives like service innovation, customer journey and dashboard design. This is your chance to make a real impact on how TomTom's customers use and interact with our products and services. CET aims to make it easier for anyone to build and work with TomTom's products – from helping pre-sales to streamlining support.
    What you'll do
    • Work in cross-functional team (engineering, UX/design, program management) focused on delivering the best experience for all our customers
    • Outcomes rather than outputs: you define and manage measurements to gauge key product outcomes
    • Lead brainstorming and planning sessions with stakeholders from different functions (sales, marketing, operations, design, engineering)
    • Gather thorough insights into customer needs with an outside-in approach
    • Drive product exploration using prototypes and wireframes, etc. to execute your plans
    • Effectively steer a product team, resolving roadblocks when possible and escalating issues appropriately
    • Own your product team's direction with focus
    • Manage an inventory of opportunities for your product area with market/competitive perspectives, bringing the right ones for solving in line with strategy
    • Effectively communicate to internal and external customers
    What you'll need
    • Product management experience in a B2B environment or industry
    • Customer obsession
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Grit, attitude, and resolve to drive and launch solutions iteratively
    • High degree of proactiveness and independence
    • Technically skilled to capture and articulate requirements and priorities
    • Passionate about product discovery and identifying new opportunities
    Nice to have
    • You have experience building solutions to scale a B2B, product-led business
    • You are comfortable with uncertainty and are comfortable with new initiatives
    • You demonstrably worked on SaaS products
