Change in functionality for company field

To ensure accurate tracking of opportunities, we have updated Company field for the partner portal. This will allow users to specify whether an opportunity is with a new customer or an existing Customer. To look for a known account search the account name in Company field, the field is present on New Opportunity creation pop up.

Searching for company name should suggest company names that are present in existing accounts, select account that is matching customer name or is most relevant match. If no account is found please type the new company name.

New Analytics Tab

We have added a new Analytics tab to the partner portal, providing a comprehensive dashboard to track your usage and performance. The dashboard includes the following components:

  • Sum of Expected Amount of all Open Opportunities

  • My Closed Won and Closed Lost Opportunities

  • My Top 10 Opportunities

  • My Open Leads

  • Leads by Status graph.

  • Opportunities by Stage

  • My Closed & Open Deal Support Requests

  • My Closed & Open Technical Support Requests
