TomTom completes €15 million share buyback program

Amsterdam, Netherlands, 27 April 2026, 06:00PM CEST – TomTom (TOM2), today announced that it has completed its previously announced €15 million share buyback program, which was initiated on 01 December 2025.

Under the program, TomTom repurchased a total of 2,942,342 shares, over the period from 01 December 2025 up to and including 27 April 2026, at an average price of €5.10. The shares will be held as treasury shares to cover commitments arising from TomTom’s long‑term employee incentive plans.
