Sep 16, 2026
Amsterdam, Netherlands, 16 September 2026 – TomTom (TOM2), the location technology specialist, today confirms that a change reflected in the AFM substantial holdings register relating to co-founders Harold Goddijn and Corinne Vigreux is the result of an internal restructuring of the way their TomTom shares are held.
The restructuring does not represent a change in their combined shareholding position in TomTom. Their total combined position remains at 31,971,749 shares, representing 25.6% of total shares.
“This restructuring relates only to the way our shares are held,” said Harold Goddijn and Corinne Vigreux. “We remain fully committed to TomTom’s strategy, technology, and people.”
The related notifications were made in accordance with applicable regulations and reported to the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM), where required.
