What you'll do:

Assisting the Change & Quality Management team with ongoing operational activities
Coordinating support for software releases to TomTom customers
Fulfilling service requests from other business units
Interacting with software development and business units, sharing information and gathering feedback
Coordinating improvements to processes, procedures, and the introduction of new automation
Writing & structuring documentation for Change & Quality Management procedures
Experiencing Scrum/Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies in a business environment
Bringing fresh ideas for continual improvement to the team, to TomTom, and to our customers
Possibly running a small internal project to improve our Change & Quality processes

What you'll need:

Bachelor or Master student in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
You must be enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
You should only apply if you are an EU citizen due to working permit regulations
Willing and able to work from our Amsterdam office twice a week
Proficient in English (Written and Verbal) with excellent communication skills
Detail oriented, with excellent organization and planning skills
An open and proactive self-starter
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a passion for technology and software systems (from Wikis to web apps to AI and more)
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, Prince 2, ITIL, and Lean methodologies is preferred

What you can expect:

1100 Euros/month (gross salary based on full-time work)
6 months internship contract.
