Global Events Manager
    Apply to this Job
    What you’ll do
    • Plan and strategize: Work with business leaders across the company to design events that align with our commercial goals and strategic brand vision.
    • Deliver end-to-end event management: From concept to debrief: you’ll lead on logistics, vendor coordination, budget tracking, timelines, and on-site execution.
    • Collaborate and build partnerships: Work closely with internal stakeholders like Sales, Product Marketing, and our creative agency to ensure event assets and messaging are aligned.
    • Drive engagement and leads: Partner with Sales to build pre- and post-event engagement strategies that help us make the most of each opportunity.
    • Lead with precision: Build clear project plans, manage risks, and keep everyone on track and informed.
    • Bring fresh ideas: Keep a close eye on industry trends and find creative ways to keep our events one step ahead.
    • Measure and learn: Set ambitious KPIS and analyze feedback to continuously improve how we do events.
    • Shape great content: Ensure the content we showcase matches our brand, serves the event goals, and speaks to the people in the room (or online).
    • Be flexible and solution-oriented: The events world isn’t a 9–5 kind of job, things change last minute, flights get delayed, printers break. You’ll need to stay calm, adjust on the fly, and always keep a smile in your back pocket.
    • Managing vendor relationships: from sourcing and coordinating with venues, AV, and catering to negotiating contracts and ensuring smooth delivery on-site.
    What you’ll need
    • 4–6 years of experience managing events in a global, B2B environment
    • A bachelor's degree in events related field
    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
    • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
    • Confidence in managing complex budgets
    • A collaborative, can-do attitude
    • The ability to stay cool under pressure and adapt quickly when things change
    • A strong team player - we thrive together, not alone
    • An inner Marie Kondo: you’re someone who finds joy in structured calendars, clean decks, and detailed to-do lists
    • Flexibility: you're comfortable with last-minute changes, evening hours, and the hustle of event days - because no two days in events are ever the same
    • A strong ability to navigate cross-cultural collaboration and confidently manage global stakeholders, with cultural awareness and sensitivity at the forefront of your communication style.
    What’s nice to have
    • Background in B2B SaaS. Experience with mobility/tech industries, developer audiences, or public sector
    • A network of trusted event vendors and suppliers
    • A knack for copywriting or content creation for event campaigns
    • Experience working with virtual and hybrid event platforms (like Hopin, ON24, Sli.do, SplashThat or Cvent)
