Responsible for all Product Management for the Sensor Sourcing Operations engineering teams, including the mobile mapping vehicles and more
Take end-to-end ownership of certain product features and capabilities, including doing product discovery, crafting the strategy, and collaborating with different teams to achieve the intended strategic product outcomes
Create, maintain, and communicate feature roadmaps for Sensor Sourcing Operations in line with the overall product strategy
Actively align the product roadmap with other Map domains and teams across the organization
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define and achieve relevant product outcomes that enable successful applications downstream
Understand the market, customers, competition, and technology and provide our engineers with a line of sight to customer value
Collaborate closely with engineering, operational teams and other functions across TomTom to discover the best ways to solve customer problems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in Product Management in a complex stakeholder environment
Strong communication skills that will ensure clear messaging to diverse internal teams
Ability to inspire & motivate teams with your vision
Eagerness to learn new things and continuously improve your skills
Open mind and readiness to discuss details of the material you or your team are building
Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
Passion for understanding customer problems and driving product-led solutions
Data-driven with attention to detail
Good knowledge of product discovery techniques and success measurements (e.g., OKRs)
