    What you’ll do
    • Lead TomTom’s global diversity & inclusion strategy in a data-driven way
    • Translate strategy into impact-based projects & initiatives aligned to business objectives
    • Drive diversity & inclusion / CSR priorities for the company
    • Provide expert advice and consultation to stakeholders (e.g. management, employee resource groups) to drive the diversity & inclusion agenda forward
    • Motivate and engage TomTom’ers worldwide, using their feedback, to develop actions to further enrich our culture
    • Initiate and assist communication to drive internal and external engagement
    • Ensure diversity & inclusion / CSR is embedded into our people processes in a transparent and accountable manner
    What you’ll need
    • An open and inclusive mindset
    • Ability to work with people from different cultures, identities and backgrounds
    • 7+ years relevant working experience (listed company or tech industry preferred)
    • A relevant degree (master’s in corporate responsibility, corporate communications or similar preferred)
    • Previous experience of supporting the development of a diversity & inclusion strategy and knowledge of best practices in the field
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, as you will work with people of all levels 
    • Experience in influencing, inspiring and coaching in areas of diversity, inclusion and belonging
    • An eye for opportunities, with a can-do approach to driving improvement and change
    • An energetic, hands-on, pragmatic attitude
    • Strong communication skills
    • Fluent in English (oral and written)
