Take end-to-end ownership of certain product features and capabilities, including doing product discovery, crafting the strategy and collaborating with different teams to achieve the intended strategic product outcomes
Create, maintain, and communicate feature roadmaps for Map Enhanced Naming & Speech content in line with the overall product strategy
Actively align the product roadmap with other Map domains and teams across the organization
Work closely with internal stakeholders and – where opportunities exist – directly with external customers or end-users to define and achieve relevant product outcomes that enable successful applications downstream
Understand the market, customers, competition, and technology and provide our engineers with a line of sight to customer value
Be a part of a cross-functional team that is tackling customer problems and collaborating with other teams across TomTom to ensure a synchronized, reliable geocoding experience.
Strong communication skills that will ensure clear messaging to diverse internal teams

Experience in Product Management or in a closely associated work domain, preferably in a technology company
Passion for understanding customer problems and driving product-led solutions
Data-driven with attention to detail
Language technology experience and affinity for maps is strongly preferred
Good knowledge of product discovery techniques and success measurements (e.g., OKRs)
Capability to support business unit sales and marketing to successfully understand and sell the product(s)
Adherence to or ability to develop the competencies outlined for the Product Manager I role in the Product Management Career Ladder in the skill areas of complexity/execution, communication, product vision/strategy and leadership/management
