Building/ Office maintenance (keeping the work space in order/ IT equipment/ storage)
Internal point of contact (PEC email/ shipments/admin tasks/meal vouchers/ costs check etc.)
Supplier management (orders/admin deadlines)
Security (badge management)
Health & Safety (Corona measures as per Government updates/ organizing medical checks for employees)
Facilitate office events to maintain a thriving company culture and enhance community engagement
Update existing projects and develop innovative ways to meet the needs of our employees and guests
Comfortable working in hybrid mode or every day at the office.
Some experience or interest in facilities management
Experience or interest in learning facilities management information system
Excellent listening skills, organizational skills, & strong communication skills with leaders & executors
Capacity to manage time efficiently and prioritizing tasks, proactivity
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Bachelor or Masters degree in related field (appreciated but not mandatory)
Attention to detail
A little experience in IT support (setting up a PC by following a procedure)
