You will install and prepare the computers and software for our new employees and help us provide them with the best experience possible;
You will also support TomTom employees in daily issues regarding their hardware or software;
You will be doing some user account management (Active Directory);
You will also help our internal customers via face-to-face, mail, phone, and call tracking system;
You will align with other Support Engineers throughout the different regions within the global team to take part in our global strategy.
You are a student in IT/Computer Science/Engineering/Programming or related courses;
You are fluent in English;
You have troubleshooting skills and are eager to learn;
You have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork.
