    What you’ll do

    • You will be the main point of contact ensuring accurate data control to guarantee SalesForce represents a realistic ‘live’ forecast for the business in real time

    • You will be the interface between our Sales, Finance, IT and Legal teams to provide systems (SalesForce) and administrative support focused on client revenue and relationship management.
    • You will be the ‘go-to’ contact for all Salesforce queries and act as the system’s ambassador, promoting its beneficial uses and helping to produce reports that will inform our business users. 
    • You will be the Salesforce training guru for all users – building out Salesforce starter packs for new joiners and training for existing staff

    • Assist in the building out of key metrics / dashboards for opportunity management

    • Working with Sales, IT and Legal teams to identify options to simplify and ease usage of Salesforce CRM

    • Assisting the Finance function by supporting the business units in preparation and validation of financial analysis

    • This role interacts with a large number of internal stakeholders to ensure that their reporting requirements are gathered and met and that SalesForce users are trained

    What you'll need

    • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Client Relationship Management (CRM)

    • Ability and experience in providing sales teams with regular and frequent accurate Management Information from SalesForce

    • A confident presenter keen to lead user training for Salesforce

    • Confident in learning new systems quickly and grasping how to configure reports, workflows, dashboards, etc.

    • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to liaise well with others both in the Finance team and across TomTom i.e. working closely with Sales, IT and Legal departments

    • High standards of accuracy and precision; numerically articulate

    • Ability to organize and prioritize own work load in a structured manner
