    What you’ll do

    As a Talent Acquisition Intern at TomTom, you could tackle:

    • You will oversee recruiting interns for TomTom across our NAM and LATAM region 

    • You will connect with both hiring managers and candidates and offer them the best recruitment experience possible! 

    • You will be in charge of presenting internship opportunities and TomTom in student visit events.

    • You will also have the chance to organize internal and external events for your fellow interns!

    • You’ll be trained on sourcing and headhunting techniques 

    • You will work on global projects within Talent Acquisition and HR such as ATS implementation, Total Rewards and many more! 

    What you’ll need
    • People and customer-oriented mentality 

    • You study Psychology, Marketing, Human Resource Managementat Bachelor or Master level 

    • You are detail-oriented, with great organizational and planning skills.

    • You are a good team player, while being able to work independently.

    • You are able to manage multiple projects at the same time and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

    • You are curious and eager to learn.

    • You have great communication and relationship-building skills.

    • Having an interest in Tech is a plus!
