As a Talent Acquisition Intern at TomTom, you could tackle:
You will oversee recruiting interns for TomTom across our NAM and LATAM region
You will connect with both hiring managers and candidates and offer them the best recruitment experience possible!
You will be in charge of presenting internship opportunities and TomTom in student visit events.
You will also have the chance to organize internal and external events for your fellow interns!
You’ll be trained on sourcing and headhunting techniques
You will work on global projects within Talent Acquisition and HR such as ATS implementation, Total Rewards and many more!
People and customer-oriented mentality
You study Psychology, Marketing, Human Resource Managementat Bachelor or Master level
You are detail-oriented, with great organizational and planning skills.
You are a good team player, while being able to work independently.
You are able to manage multiple projects at the same time and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
You are curious and eager to learn.
You have great communication and relationship-building skills.
Having an interest in Tech is a plus!
