    About the role

    This role provides you the opportunity to embark on the TomTom journey as a Product Manager in the TomTom Product Management organization, more specifically for the new TomTom Web SDK and the public web maps & planning web app (plan.tomtom.com). TomTom’s new Web SDK is a part of our next generation SDK portfolio with the goal to make all of TomTom innovation easily available for web application developers. Plan.tomtom.com is our user-facing web planning & map exploration tool, where we offer the best user experience derived from our technologies, while at the same time showcasing our new Web SDK and supporting other teams in TomTom with fast feedback loops, quick ideas validation and insights. This means that in this role you will have the opportunity to rapidly test and validate with end-users, use these insights to directly improve and commercialize our Web SDK offering and provide learnings to other teams in TomTom.

    What you’ll do 
    • Responsible for the new TomTom Web SDK and plan.tomtom.com

    • Create and evolve the Product Vision and Strategy for Web SDK and plan.tomtom.com

    • Collaborate closely with the product team & stakeholders to design, develop, and implement the roadmapsfor Web SDK and plan.tomtom.com

    • Build upthe knowledge of the Web SDK market, customers, competition, pricing and available technology and provide engineers with a line of sight to customer value

    • Support sales and marketing to ensure successful market introduction and sales 

    • Ensure that the Web SDK is a valuable addition to the TomTom SDKs portfolio with great developer experience. Next to that, ensure that plan.tomtom.com is recognized for its value derived from insights, validation and technology showcasing.

    • Determine KPIs and metrics to measureimpact of new features and improvements and overall success.

    • Share insights and feedback from the plan.tomtom.com user community back to other product teams and stakeholders in TomTom.

    • Be an internal and external ambassador of the productsyou own 

    What you’ll need 
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience 

    • 3+ years of experience in Product Management in a complex stakeholder environment 

    • Ability to inspire & motivate teams with your vision

    • A healthy amount of customer obsession, data literacy, platform thinking, as well as a good understanding of web development and the relevant trends ongoing there

    • Product operational knowledge as well as Product discovery, Product optimization and Product delivery techniques

    • Data driven with attention to detail
