    This is a new role in the TomTom legal team, offering the opportunity to both shape and grow the function. It presents an excellent opportunity for a candidate already working within in a larger legal operations function who wants to step up and build a legal operations function from the ground up.

    What you’ll do 

    • Be the first point of contact for the management of legal processes and tooling
    • Inventory core legal processes and tooling, including costs
    • Identify efficiency improvements in legal processes, including by the adoption of new tooling and/or the expansion of existing legal team tooling
    • Provide trainings on legal processes and tooling
    • Report on key operational and substantive metrics for the practice group that will better inform decision-making, including matter and work product analyses
    • Report and update process on OKRs and flywheel deliverables
    • Analyse external counsel usage and spend and identify both cost an efficiency savings

    What you’ll need
