Content creation:Translate our Employee Value Proposition into engaging content that will be implemented across digital and social channels. Ensure alignment with the TomTom Employee Value Proposition and overall mission and vision of the brand.
Digital channels: Digital channels include the TomTom careers site, life at TomTom blog, and paid ads. Social media includes creating and sharing content on LinkedIn, Twitter, Life at TomTom Instagram, and any new relevant platforms.
Paid advertisements: Set the digital advertising strategy and coordinate/create content for the full prospective employee funnel. Work with the digital central marketing team to track analytics and boost content engagement.
Employee advocacy: Develop and manage internal advocacy programs to enable employees digitally and activate content on a grassroots level.
Analysis and optimization: Review, analyze and optimize campaigns to increase response rates, improve KPIs and increase return on investment. Perform analysis to understand future candidate behavior and campaign performance in detail, sharing relevant insights for future marketing efforts.
Reporting: Report activity and share key learnings and results with key business stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
3+ years ofof social media and digital content creation
A strong proven record of successful social media content creation
Experience working with marketing performance metricsand paid digital advertisements (LinkedIn & Google Analytics preferred)
Ability to create content in a fast-paced and always-evolving environment
Strong ability to translate metrics into actionable insights and conclusions
Communicative, collaborative, and proactive
Near-native or native-level English
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfortable moving between strategy, execution and analysis. Able to review the performance of digital campaigns and translate into actionable recommendations
An entrepreneurial mindset to get things done with a proven ability to develop creative and innovative approaches to communicating with people and attracting talent
