Support TomTom’s 200+ engineering teams adopt public cloud
Identify initiatives to deliver the objectives of the CCoE teams
Create and maintain a roadmap of initiatives
Work with the teams to refine epics, set milestones and help deliver on your roadmap
Learn about AWS and Microsoft Azure, cloud finance and cloud best practices
Engage with engineering teams in the company to understand their needs
Advocate the activities of your team and promote ideas and initiatives to the wider organization
Contribute to the definition and the alignment of the CCoE vision and strategy
Contribute to definition and delivery of Objectives and Key Results
Experience as a Product Owner, preferably in online services
Technical knowledge of public cloud Azure and/or AWS
Thorough understanding of Agile and DevOps
Passion to provide inspirational leadership
Ability to weigh business value versus cost to properly rank epics
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical people
Technical education in computer science or relevant field
Experience in a Cloud Center of Excellence
A background in software engineering
Experience working with Public Cloud, certifications
Experience with containerization technology (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience in other agile roles, such as Release Manager or Scrum Master
