We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Sales Representative (Account Manager) to join our Enterprise Business Unit in APAC focusing on existing customers across Taiwan, China, Japan, and Singapore. The responsibilities of this role are to maintain and grow client relationships with existing customers. The right person for this role will have experience in customer service and account management and will be comfortable supporting and selling technical software products to companies in Mobility, Fleet, Logistics and SaaS markets.
Build a strong knowledge of TomTom product offerings and be able to use this knowledge to build convincing propositions and proposals for clients.
Grow client relationships through understanding customer needs and communicating product and service solutions.
Work with finance, governance, legal, and technical teams to produce win/win solutions for TomTom and our customers.
Present TomTom products to existing customers.
Facilitate the licensing of products to clients including managing contractual agreements, following set workflows, and cooperating with the Legal department.
Meet/exceed booking targets.
Manage revenue forecasting, royalty forecasting, and contract renewals.
Maintain the TomTom CRM (Salesforce.com) regarding current deals, account activity and revenue forecasts.
Full work rights for Taiwan.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Engineering or Computer Science.
At least 3 years of sales experience in the technology industry, software and/or cloud products and services.
Effective communicator in English; other Asian languages are a plus.
Experience using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
Outstanding organizational skills, structured, ability to manage multiple projects - passionate about technology adoption.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, positive, driven and results-oriented.
Produce high-quality and accurate work consistently.
Ability to travel as needed.
