    What You'll do
    • Hunt for new business via your own network and develop a new pipeline of prospects to drive sales in our strategic verticals throughout EMEA
    • Deliver against targets and drive sales revenue growth
    • Understand and anticipate customers’ needs and challenges and articulate business value at executive level
    • Assess sales opportunities, analyze the competition, develop and execute a winning strategy together with internal and external stakeholders
    • Drive for customer excitement and act as customer advocate to exceed customer expectations on deliverables and relationship management
    • Partner with customer program management team to drive implementations and high levels of adoption within customer accounts to ensure upsell potential and renewals
    • Work with finance, governance, legal, customer systems and the product units to produce win/win solutions for TomTom and our customers
    • Close strategic deals and manage upsell opportunities as well as contract requirements and obligations
    • Build a strong product knowledge of TomTom Product offerings and being able to use this knowledge to build convincing propositions and proposals for clients
    • Lead opportunities through deal review process
    • Demonstrate superior negotiation and presentation skills with an ability to develop long-term customer relationship
    • Maintain the TomTom CRM (Salesforce.com) regarding current deals, account activity and revenue forecasts.
    What You'll need
    • University degree in business, marketing, finance or a related field
    • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales/business development
    • Proven hunting experience – identifying, developing, closing and managing large strategic deals
    • Bring an extensive network in the relevant vertical markets
    • Experience in negotiating and closing licensing contracts
    • Successful track record of strong relationship building with customers and partners on executive level
    • Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills and excellent team player
    • Self-motivated, driven and results oriented
    • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
    • Produce high quality and accurate work consistently
    • Experience using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
    • Willingness to travel on a regular basis.
    • Fluent in English, preferably German and French
