    What you’ll do

    We are looking for an exceptional and achievement-driven sales leader to join our Enterprise business unit. The successful candidate will manage APAC and come ready with an existing network to drive sales of our new B2B Navigation software and expand the region. As a key contributor to the growth of the new business, you will work with some of the leading enterprise application services providers globally. The right person for this role will use their sales abilities to hunt and develop business opportunities and successfully sell TomTom’s products within a highly competitive and dynamic landscape. From launch, we will focus on fleet & logistics expanding to further verticals as the product evolves.

    • Hunt for new business via your network and develop a new pipeline of prospects to drive sales of our B2B Navigation software throughout APAC.

    • Lead the region and drive sales plans for expansion.

    • Deliver against targets and drive sales revenue growth.

    • Understand and anticipate customers’ needs and challenges and articulate business value at the executive level.

    • Assess sales opportunities, analyze the competition, develop and execute a winning strategy together with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Drive for customer excitement and act as a customer advocate to exceed customer expectations on deliverables and relationship management.

    • Close strategic deals and manage upsell opportunities as well as contract requirements and obligations.

    • Be the barometer of the market for sales, product marketing & product development.

    • Influence the business strategy and make a significant impact on the business.

    • Demonstrate superior negotiation and presentation skills with an ability to develop long-term customer relationships.

    What we expect from you
    • University degree in business, marketing, finance or a related field.

    • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales/business development.

    • Successful track record in heading up a sales region and driving the sales of new products.

    • Proven hunting experience – identifying, developing, closing and managing large, multi-million strategic deals.

    • Experience in the fleet & logistics vertical and well networked in APAC.

    • Experience is also desirable in one or more of the following market segments: navigation, on-demand, ride-hailing, mobility, field service management, FMS/telematics, mobile apps.

    • Experience in negotiating and closing licensing contracts.

    • Successful track record of strong relationship building with customers and partners on the executive level.

    • Excellent communication, presentation and consultative selling skills.

    • Willingness to travel on a regular basis.
