Respond to developers’ questions about the iOS and Android SDKs.
Investigate, perform troubleshooting, and solve technical issues reported to the Developer Portal team concerning the iOS and Android SDKs.
Manage access to APIs in the API Management platform.
Report improvements and bugs to development teams.
Analyze requirements and use-cases from developers to suggest optimal solutions.
Collaborate with development teams and product managers to provide continuous feedback from SDK users.
Grow a developer community in the developer portal.
Preferably have Android and/or iOS knowledge.
Show interest in web and mobile development.
Be willing to learn programming concepts to be self-sufficient as a developer support engineer.
Have highly communicative English skills, both written and spoken.
Have a customer-oriented mindset and friendly attitude.

The Developer Portal team is the window to the TomTom APIs and SDKs world. As a developer support engineer, you will provide technical support for the TomTom iOS and Android SDK users. If you are tech-savvy and would like to expand your knowledge about mobile technologies as well as REST APIs, it’s a great time to seize this opportunity. In this role, you are responsible for communication with developers to provide technical solutions and identify product improvements. You will be closely working with various development teams and product managers across the organization to support and grow our developer community on different communication channels.
