We are looking for an experienced Total Rewards Manager to join our people team.
What you’ll do
You will actively participate in the development and implementation of TomTom Group and business unit specific total rewards strategies, consistent with corporate philosophy.
You will partner with other rewards professionals to work in an agile manner and deliver scalable solutions and develop programs for TomTom to attract and retain the world’s greatest talent to enable our vision.
You will design and manage implementation, harmonization and integration of local benefits packages, employment conditions for companies in existing and new countries, and acquisitions.
You will contribute to the design, improvement and implementation of policies and processes in areas like incentive programs, benchmarking, job grading, salary management, company cars, recognition and sales compensation programs.
You will lead design and improvement projects at a global level in various areas of rewards.
You will be the point of contact for reward matters for assigned functions/regions and countries and provide HR and leadership with professional advice
You will offer support and advice on complex HR matters such as immigration cases and act as an escalation route for ER and legal matters.
You will drive a one team mentality in the India and APAC region HR teams, bringing together your colleagues to deliver on common goals and drive forward the talent agenda in the region
What you’ll need
An innovative, entrepreneurial, and driven mindset. You are a fresh thinker and will bring ideas through to attract and retain talent.
A university degree in HR Management, social or business sciences, and a well-grounded relevant international rewards experience with a strong interest for benefits.
7 - 10 years of experience in the Rewards function.
Advanced level knowledge of trends and developments in compensation & benefits, as well as analytical skills. Next to that, you have basic knowledge of local and international tax and labor legislation.
Experience in the APAC region Benefits systems, compliance matters, and local legislation in India is a must.
A natural drive for team play and an interest to work in an agile manner
Ability to think creatively, be a self-starter, and work independently to propose global and local plan designs and resolve issues.
With your positive attitude and energy, you are able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and perform well under tight time constraints and clear deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentations skills and ability to interact with different cultures and levels of management. You have proven experience in partnering with middle/Sr management, works councils and external parties, such as consultants and lawyers.
Excellent fluency in English is essential
