    What you’ll do
    • Assist in developing a product strategy for Fleet & Logistics within TomTom Maps

    • Work directly with our stakeholders and – when possible – our customers and end-users (internal and external) to learn about their opportunities, problem areas and upcoming plans, to identify areas of potential impact or requirements 

    • Create, maintain and communicate roadmaps for Fleet & Logistics-related content

    • Actively align the product roadmap with other domains within Maps and across the organization

    • Understand the market, customers, competition and technology and provide our engineers with a line of sight to customer value

    • Be a part of a cross-functional team that is tackling customer problems and collaborating with other teams across TomTom to ensure a synchronized, reliable experience for fleet and logistics end-users.

    • Support business unit sales and marketing to successfully understand and sell the product(s)

    What you’ll need
    • Strong communication skills that will ensure clear messaging to diverse internal teams as well as customers located worldwide

    • Eagerness to learn new things and continuously improve your skills

    • Open mind and readiness to discuss details of the material you or your team are building

    • Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment

    • 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a technology company

    • Passion for understanding customer problems and driving product-led solutions

    • GIS experience and affinity for maps is preferred

    • Data-driven with attention to detail

    • Good knowledge of product discovery techniques and success measurements (e.g., OKRs)

    • Adhering to or capable of developing the competencies outlined for the Product Manager I role in the Product Management Career Ladder in the skill areas of complexity/execution, communication, product vision/strategy and leadership/management
