As a Product Growth Manager you’ll play a key role in bringing TomTom back in every vehicle! You’ll be at the driving seat of growing the user base of existing and upcoming mobile apps that will delight our users and be an integral part of TomTom's next chapter. You will work closely with your counterparts in product, marketing and data to devise well thought-out short term and long term strategies across your product group and/or the wider business. Given that this is a new specialty at TomTom you will also be helping pioneer the ways in which Product Growth Managers work and interact with the rest of the business.
In this role, you will be responsible for 2 product teams working on an existing product with over 1.7 M monthly active users, and a completely new product in a new category, with future product concepts and launches in the horizon.
Own the growth roadmap and build out the set of features for app platforms. You will drive your ideas forward through influence and see the impact of your work.
Work together with Core Product Managers to translate complex and ambiguous business problems into crisp product strategies and roadmaps, while managing prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience and time to market
Measure and analyze existing products and business models for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to developers and customers
Own experiments and create clear mechanisms to test and forecast the feasibility and success of going forward with a given initiative
Empower the engineering team to deliver on your set objectives, and define key results. We expect you to define a vision and strategy for your products, and empower your teams to define how to get there.
Ensure that the proper stakeholders are involved and aligned with your direction. You will be the linchpin between business, finance, legal, marketing, management and the product.
Collaborate with other PMs across the company to understand how you can leverage the latest tech for your products and improve internal feedback loops.
5+ years of experience in product management, in B2C Product Management, working on product growth challenges and driving data driven growth.

Excellent communication skills in English - being able to effectively communicate both strategic vision and specific details to various stakeholders, from senior leaders to project members.
Creativity and curiosity - a creative problem solver with a deep curiosity about our business and product.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - able to achieve win-win solutions by communicating ideas clearly, and practising active listening.
Prior experience in experimentation and AB testing.
Ability to make decisions, even when there is no obvious best solution, achieving consensus amongst stakeholders when the decision is controversial
Experience working closely with Agile product development teams.
Experience with feature delivery, roadmap definition and tradeoffs of a product
Experience developing and launching mobile apps.
Experience in startups, launching new products form scratch.
