In the Extended Search API team:
You will join search engine experts working on Search API
Investigate and implement algorithms improving performance and results accuracy
Provide API for external customers including well-established companies like Microsoft, Verizon or Uber
In the data transformation team:
Improve the (quality) of the search web services by extending and improving the data transformation software
Finetune cost & lead time of the cloud-based data pipeline
Continuously improve the team’s extensive set of visual web application tools used to inspect data and diagnose issues
7+ years of experience with Java 8
Good knowledge of design patterns and clean code principles
Solid understanding of software engineering principles to deliver high quality software
Apache Lucene (or any search engines) is much appreciated
Cloud experience (Azure or AWS)
Continuous integration, Jenkins, Maven knowledge
Git, Linux, scripting experience
Online APIs and micro service architectures
