You will be involved in designing and developing a state-of-the-art Navigation SDK for our Android platform.
Develop and share best practices for the full software development lifecycle; including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes and testing.
Be actively involved on all levels of architecture design, by making and reviewing design decisions.
Work in accordance with the Kanban Agile Methodology, including mentoring and training other Software Engineers and interns.
Work in an Empowered Product Team.
Work together with people from different locations around the world in a clean code environment.
Develop online and onboard SDKs which power the next generation in-car multiscreen platforms.
Bring new and creative, innovative ideas to the table.
6+ years of experience in software development.
4+ years of experience of Android/Kotlin development.
Excellent, hands-on programming skills in Kotlin with proven working experience.
Solid knowledge of Android platform and architecture components.
Knowledge of Design Patterns and Antipatterns.
Knowledge of SOLID and Clean Code concepts.
Good knowledge of Gradle build system.
Highly communicative English skills, both written and spoken.
DevOps experience with AWS or Azure.
Experience with Android Automotive.
Experience with GIT, JIRA, Confluence.
Experience with C++.
Experience with Swift, iOS.
Experience with open-source and open map data technologies and products.
