You have experience successfully implementing performance management systems.
You have experience with assessing and changing behavior across a large organization.
You have experience in partnering with senior leaders to ensure we include their requirements in our products.
You are able to translate learning and organizational development theories into relevant and practical solutions on a wide range of topics.

You are fluent in English.
