What you’ll do:
Identify and manage the most impactful global learning programs to support TomTom’s success
Design, create and implement global scale solutions that are loved by our internal customers
Select external partners and collaborate to offer the best learning experiences to our internal customers
Identify metric’s to measure the impact of our L&D initiatives and report back on them
Build a learning culture, by creating ecosystems that support knowledge sharing
Incorporate learning in the flow of work, making it easy for our customers to be trained as and when needed
Consult senior executives
Select and implement a LMS
Performance management review, including calibrations, succession planning and promotions
Culture of feedback
New manager development
Talent development programs
Upskilling & reskilling
You have 10+ years of experience in a L&D role
You have a proven ability to design, create & deliver global scale programs
You are well-connected and subject matter expert in the topics mentioned above
You have a proven ability to lead complex, multi-team working groups, resource planning, budget management, communications and stakeholder relations.
You are fluent in English
You have a strong work experience in a big, global 1000+ company
