TomTom is therefore seeking to hire an experienced Information Security professional who will support constant shaping of safety, information security, data privacy and cyber security strategies with improvements in the management system and documented processes. You are known for identifying and capturing industry and customer demands by cooperating with your stakeholders. You proactively observe and evaluate business requirements and cybersecurity good practices, and identify areas of improvement
 
What You'll Do

  • This global team requires creative minds to navigate unexplored paths, and an innate ability to be thrown into a technology or environment and learn your way through it
  • Implement and improve TomTom’s information security management system (ISMS) while developing modern and new methods of managing security within a complex and diverse organization
  • Perform industry research, bench marking against internal TomTom results to steer the right direction of organization units
  • Apply excellent written and verbal communication skills in detailed documentation, storytelling, supported by visualization of data
  • Making sure that the Head of Safety & Security Unit, Head of GRC and other senior stake holders are kept informed of latest trends and developments in the decision making, systems thinking, regulation, and requirements around Information Security/Cyber Management Systems and how to best apply pragmatic approach for implementation/cultural changes

What you’ll need

  • Strong, proven track record of self-directed learning
  • Education to Degree Level
  • Excellence in documentation of policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Practical experience in implementing, training, or auditing ISO27001 requirements and controls
  • Attention to details, and understanding how systems thinking can improve to make an impact with smart moves in people, processes, and technologies
  • Good project & program management skills with process and cultural change implementation experience
  • 7 – 10 years’ experience of the business value of data, and how transparent and ethical data processes build trust
  • Capabilities to measure efficiency and effectiveness of a cybersecurity program and to demonstrate need for change to convince different stakeholders
  • Understand how information is used today and determine future needs of reporting at the country/organizational and global level to support the work to develop the action plan.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues and concepts using data from several sources in a fact-based manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships

What’s nice to have 

  • Good knowledge of building and maintaining dashboards and reports
  • Knowledge of cleaning data and how to deal with imperfections in data, including defining corrective actions to improve quality if needed
  • Good understanding and work experience in secure development lifecycle, threat modelling, modern cloud solutions and mobile environments
  • Experience in architecture, system development, secure design principles
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, related standards and TISAX
