    What you’ll do

    • You’ll learn how the CRM team successfully manage the email and webinar channel.
    • Oversees the planning of the CRM email & webinar campaign calendar
    • Assist in the implementation, creation, & reporting of email and webinar campaigns
    • Support in creating target lists for our email and webinar campaigns in our CRM system (Salesforce Pardot)
    • Aid in the development of CRM post campaign analytical dashboards to help evaluate and improve the campaign performance
    • Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring CRM activities of competitors.
    • Collaborate and co-create with other teams in global marketing
    What you’ll need
    • EU citizenship or enrollment in a Dutch university (to meet work permit regulations)
    • You should be enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
    • Enrollment in a relevant program (e.g. Marketing, Communication, Journalism)
    • Near-perfect English (native is a plus)
    • Strong analytical skills
    • A structured way of working
    • Data focus and willingness to understand how CRM database has been set up
    • You find fun in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
    • A can-do attitude and appetite for problem-solving
    • You can work independently and in teams
    • Flexible and creative thinking
    • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a professional and positive attitude

    • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce)
    • Copywriting skills
