We are looking for a Team Success Partner to join the Talent team to support, build and create an environment in which our (product) teams can be truly high-performing teams that get better every day. You do this by coaching the team (engineering) managers to build their people management skills and by helping the team set the stage for a team environment that enables them to collaborate and grow as individuals.
In this position, you are assigned to a (number) of Product Teams in our organization enabling you to build a strong connection with the (engineering) manager as well as the team members. You would work closely with our HR Business Partners to understand the unit-specific needs and to facilitate the team with the people processes and cycles (e.g. performance, pay, engagement, development), our Talent Consultants to create and execute customized solutions (right time, context and place), our Employee Relations team to collaborate on individual needs around the topics of performance, well-being and career development and all HR teams/projects helping to execute and implement global initiatives around employee experience as well as employee development (e.g. facilitating workshops, information sessions, skills-building)
Building people management skills (based on needs)
Execution of the general people processes and cycles. And using people data to create a feedback culture
Helping the teams to understand their needs in becoming and staying high performing and how to get there (goal setting, reflecting).
Helping the teams to deal effectively with change (transitioning to activity-based working, changes in structures, etc
Help to create a team environment that is psychologically safe and therefore in which people are speaking up, discussing, sharing different viewpoints, and constructively work towards a common goal. This also involved mediating when needed.
Stimulating individual team member growth and career planning as well as mobility by identifying needs and addressing these
4-5 years’ HR or consultancy experience and a proven track record of supporting and coaching teams to higher performance and building line manager competence and confidence to motivate the teams to deliver their best
