We are looking for the best and brightest minds to join our global Human Resources team to support our growth strategy. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join us in a time where we are transitioning our business unit into one of the leading suppliers in the Autonomos driving space. Big things are happening in TomTom and we are seeking someone who can help set the strategic direction for multiple units in our group.

What you’ll do
  • Be a member of the Leadership Team for the unit assigned to you. You advise on sensitive matters and are uniquely connected with the business leaders.

  • You play a key role in setting the strategic direction for your area, utilizing organizational knowledge and a strong business acumen.

  • You will support the change programs and are responsible for organizational design of the unit.

  • You lead strategic location and workforce planning and ensure buy-in from the key stakeholders.

  • You are not afraid to dive into the details, analyze and make recommendations.

  • You drive capability assessments and succession planning. 

  • You drive people management, including talent management and leadership development.

  • You know what global HR trends are happening in the market and are able to translate that to signal business opportunities and risks within the company.

What you’ll need
  • Around 10 years’ experience in HR, organizational design or in a business role in a dynamic international environment.

  • You recognize yourself in the TomTom brand, you are energetic, entrepreneurial, and innovative in your approach.

  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills in a global environment.

  • You are a strategic thinker and lead change with confidence.

  • You can influence decisions on different levels. 

  • University degree in HRM or Business.

  • You are fluent in English.
