We are looking for the best and brightest minds in testing to join our team developing mobile applications in TomTom Consumer Drive PU. The experience and future opportunities will include designing and applying manual and automated tests using various automated test frameworks.

As a member of the team, you are asked to deliver the following:
  • Design and execute test scenarios based on requirements, user stories and feedback from developers. These test scenarios can be manual or automated. In case the tests are automated the available automated test framework(s) should be used and if needed the framework has to be designed

  • Support production issues, analysis and improvement of test processes.

  • Test execution (manual & automated Tests) & reporting the errors found.

  • Develop and enhance automation test frameworks to support automated integration testing.

  • Execute automated test suites and analyze and report test results.

What do we expect from you
  • Bachelor level or higher, preferably with a background in IT.

  • 1-2 years of hands-on testing exposure with good knowledge of test processes.

  • Test background; ability to identify risks areas and define proper test coverage; improve current tests.

  • Knowledge of embedded device or iOS/Android application test automation frameworks (e.g. Python-based frameworks, Robotium, Espresso, Cucumber, Calabash, Ranorex, XCT).

  • Knowledge with Git and understanding of continuous integration, automated builds and build systems.

  • Excellent people and communication skills, Flexibility and being able to work across multiple teams and cultures.

What’s nice to have
  • Proven experience in automation of test cases.

  • Experience of programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, JavaScript, UNIX/shell, Swift scripting).

  • Experience of automated test infrastructure (e.g. Jenkins, Github Actions).

  • Knowledge of test tools like Squish and Selenium is a plus.
