·You will be in charge of recruiting interns for TomTom in Western Europe, using job postings as well as establishing contacts with universities;
·You will connect with both hiring managers and candidates and offer them the best recruitment experience possible!
·You will be in charge of presenting internship opportunities and TomTom in student visit events;
·You will also have the chance to organize internal and external events for your fellow interns!
·You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR or any other related field;
·You are either an EU citizen OR are enrolled in a Dutch university;
·You are fluent in English;
·You are detail-oriented, with great organizational and planning skills;
·You are a good team player, while being able to work independently;
·You are able to manage multiple projects at the same time and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment;
·You are curious and eager to learn;
·You have great communication and relationship-building skills;
·Having an interest in Tech is a plus!
