As a Quality Assurance manager in the Automotive Systems Quality Team, you will play a key role in the implementation and the deployment of the Quality Management System and standards like ISO 9001:2015 and ASPICE. You will facilitate the deployment of these standards across the organization with the objective to improve our products and services to increase customer satisfaction. This role is a part of the quality function of the Product Unit Automotive Systems within TomTom. You will help to build pragmatic and efficient processes that also meet the required standards to deliver world-class quality solutions to our customers.

Participate in the deal reviews (be part of quote team); analyze customer requirements (SLA, quality targets, performance KPI…) and provide the quality assessment for the deal review.
Facilitate FMEA, design reviews and release reviews.
Assess that SW, Services and Maps deliveries are done at the expected Quality Level and report to Project/Program Manager all related risks.
Develop the understanding for TomTom Quality Management System and standards like ISO 9001:2015, ISO 26262 and ASPICE across BU Automotive.
Ensure/assess that TomTom and customer processes are correctly executed by being actively part of project team and participate in the different activities.
Align with the Project Manager on the quality risks within the projects.
Ensure the deployment of lessons learned.
Promote principles of quality.
Work with stakeholders on process improvements and QMS changes.
What you’ll need
The ability and creativity to work in complex organizations as in Automotive industry
At least 1-2 years knowledge of and experience in software development and services development.
Experience in deploying tools like FMEA, Risk Analysis, 8D (problem-solving tool) within the project's team.
Skills to understand, document the processes, and interpret and analyze metrics data.
Ability to analyze and propose improvements.
Working proactively with the project team to assess and mitigate the risks.
Excellent collaborative and communication skills in English.
