    What you’ll do
    • Install and prepare the computers and software for employees; 
    • Support employees in daily problems; 
    • User account management (Active Directory); 
    • Helping our internal customers via face-to-face, mail, phone and call tracking system; 
    • Assist in Berlin standardization projects;
    • Aligning with other Support Engineers throughout the different regions within the global team. 

    What you’ll need 

    • Student in Computer Science/Engineering or related courses;
    • Enrollment in a German university (to meet work permit regulations);
    • You should be enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship;
    • Communicative level of English; 
    • Troubleshooting skills; 
    • Good communication skills and team-work; 
    • Technical passion; 
    • Willingness to learn.
