We are looking for Business Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for the corporate portfolio at TomTom.

What you’ll do
  • You'll be responsible for end to end hiring across all corporate functions- HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Sales

  • Develop, maintain, and execute talent acquisition strategies and act as a strategic talent advisor to your stakeholders

  • You are passionate about recruiting, be it doing your own sourcing to identify, connect and headhunt key talents in the market or managing talent pipelines and stakeholder expectations, you are a pro!

  • You’ll bring innovative ideas to influence TomTom Talent Acquisition strategy

  • You care and deliver an exceptional candidate experience

  • Develop and maintain a relevant global network of talent across different corporate functions

  • You will bring strategic market intelligence on compensation, candidates’ engagement, talent landscape, and workforce strategy

  • Contribute to TomTom Talent Sourcing roadmap and other key Talent Acquisition projects

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in an international environment preferably in a tech company

  • Proven experience in partnering and advising hiring teams

  • Keen interest in understanding the business and the talent landscape

  • Be naturally energized by working on complex customer problems with a diverse group of people

  • Real passion for talent acquisition

  • An innovative, agile, entrepreneurial, and outcome-driven mindset

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Thinking beyond Talent Acquisition to contribute to the broader People Experience

  • Be a natural team player and you have a great sense of humor

  • You are currently located in the Netherlands
