We are looking for a driven executive talent partner who will be responsible to build, maintain and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies in partnership with our global leadership teams.
In this role, you’ll have a major impact in shaping our current and future leadership teams.
5+ years of experience of leadership/executive search in tech and engineering functions in an international environment
Proven experience in partnering and advising executive leadership teams
Profound understanding of business and tech landscape
Be naturally energized by working on complex customer problems with a diverse group of people
Real passion for technology and talent acquisition sourcing enhancement/automation
An innovative, agile, entrepreneurial, and outcome-driven mindset
Possess a relevant tech external network
Excellent communication and presentation skills and thrive on interacting with different cultures and levels of management
Thinking beyond Talent Acquisition to contribute to the broader People Experience
Be a natural team player and you crave to bring learnings to the team
Previous experience in working with fast-growing tech organization
