Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Leadership

About the role:

We are looking for a driven executive talent partner who will be responsible to build, maintain and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies in partnership with our global leadership teams.

In this role, you’ll have a major impact in shaping our current and future leadership teams.

What you’ll do
  • Be a strategic talent advisor to our senior leadership and Executive Management Board, by developing, maintaining, and executing talent acquisition strategies to support their staffing needs.
  • Execute state-of-the-art talent sourcing to identify, connect and headhunt key talents in the market.
  • You will bring outside in ideas to influence TomTom's Leadership Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • Be a real talent evangelist contributing to bringing TomTom’s innovation across relevant candidates and business networks.
  • Deliver a top-notch candidate journey experience.
  • Develop and maintain a relevant global network of talent across different tech and non-tech key areas.
  • Bring strategic market intelligence on compensation, candidates’ engagement, talent landscape, and workforce strategy.
  • Maintain and develop a great internal network to support the identification of internal talent and strategic succession planning activities.
  • Act as a trusted partner to different teams including Rewards, Tax, Legal, Global Mobility.
  • Contribute to TomTom’s Talent Sourcing roadmap and other key Talent Acquisition projects.
  • Be part of TomTom’s Global Talent Acquisition Team and play a key coaching / mentoring role for other team members.
What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience of leadership/executive search in tech and engineering functions in an international environment

  • Proven experience in partnering and advising executive leadership teams

  • Profound understanding of business and tech landscape

  • Be naturally energized by working on complex customer problems with a diverse group of people 

  • Real passion for technology and talent acquisition sourcing enhancement/automation

  • An innovative, agile, entrepreneurial, and outcome-driven mindset 

  • Possess a relevant tech external network

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and thrive on interacting with different cultures and levels of management 

  • Thinking beyond Talent Acquisition to contribute to the broader People Experience

  • Be a natural team player and you crave to bring learnings to the team

What’s nice to have 
  • Previous experience in working with fast-growing tech organization

  • Experience with leading executive search firm
