    What you’ll do
    • You'll be responsible for end to end hiring across different technical product units
    • Develop, maintain, and execute talent acquisition strategies and act as a strategic talent advisor to our hiring teams
    • Executive state of the art talent sourcing to identify, connect and headhunt key talents in the market
    • You’ll bring innovative ideas to influence TomTom Talent Acquisition strategy
    • Be a real talent evangelist contributing to bringing TomTom’s innovation across relevant candidates and business network
    • Deliver top-notch candidate journey experience
    • Develop and maintain a relevant global network of talent across different tech areas
    • You will bring strategic market intelligence on compensation, candidates’ engagement, talent landscape, and workforce strategy
    • Contribute to TomTom Talent Sourcing roadmap and other key Talent Acquisition projects
    What you’ll need
    • 4+ years of recruitment experience in tech and engineering functions in an international environment
    • Proven experience in partnering and advising technical hiring teams
    • Great understanding of business and tech talent landscape
    • Be naturally energized by working on complex customer problems with a diverse group of people
    • Real passion for technology and talent acquisition sourcing enhancement/automation
    • An innovative, agile, entrepreneurial, and outcome-driven mindset
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills and thrive on interacting with different cultures and levels of management
    • Thinking beyond Talent Acquisition to contribute to the broader People Experience
    • Be a natural team player and you have a great sense of humor
