·Install and prepare the computers and software for employees;
·Support employees in daily problems;
·User account management (Active Directory);
·Helping our internal customers via face-to-face, mail, phone and call tracking system;
·Aligning with other Support Engineers throughout the different regions within the global team.
·Currently student in Computer Science/Engineering or related courses;
·Communicative level of English;
·Good communication skills and team work;
·You are an EU citizen or enrolled in a Dutch university (to meet work permit regulations);
·Willingness to learn.
·Experience in supporting several OS (Windows/Linux/iOS);
·Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook especially);
·Understanding of networks.
