We are searching for someone to be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and data pipeline architecture. As Data Engineer you will support our data analysts and architects on data initiatives and will ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout the ongoing projects.

Build theinfrastructure andtooling requiredfor optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using cloud native big data services from AWS and Azure.
Deploy analyticstools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights intocustomer usage, operationalefficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
Work with stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support theirdata (infrastructure) needs.
Building and analyzing dashboards and dynamic reports.
Champion effective data-driven decision-making across product and marketing teams.
Minimum 3-year experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ pipelines, architectures, and data sets.
A successful historyof loading, manipulating,processing, and extracting value from large, disconnected datasets.
Working knowledge of stream processing, and highly scalable ‘big data’ data stores.
Advanced knowledge ofquery languages likeSQL and workingfamiliarity with a variety of databases.
Experience with non-relational & relationaldatabases like Postgres, RedShift,Data Explorer, etc.
Familiar with data streaming platforms such as Kafka or Azure Event Hubs.
Experiencewith programming languageslike Python, Java, Bash, R etc.and processing, and managing large data sets (tens tohundreds of TBscale).
Familiarity withpublic cloudAWS, Azure, Linux, and an instinct for automation.
We’re API Management, a team within Service Platform. We are responsible for managing the front door for TomTom’s online products and hence are key to customer experience. You will be a member of the team providing reporting and analytics on APIproducts. These insights are used throughout TomTom by product teams,finance and business units. We are a five people team based in Amsterdamconsisting out of data engineers and reporting analytics.
