What you’ll do
Act as a primary point of contact for selected strategic Enterprise customers and maintain relationships with decision makers at the executive and management levels
Exceed assigned quotas and other performance objectives
Provide account leadership and direction in the post-sales process
Partner with customer program management team to drive implementations and high levels of adoption within customer accounts to ensure upsell potential and renewals
Create and maintain account plans in alignment with the Vice President of Global Sales and execute on the identified success criteria’s and playbooks
Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction to ensure client realizes full value working with TomTom
Maintain the TomTom CRM regarding current deals, account activity and revenue forecasts
Build a strong product knowledge of TomTom Product offerings, to provide high levels of client satisfaction
Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills
Develop and deliver strategies that help drive our clients business
To be successful as a Enterprise Account Manager, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
University degree in business, marketing, finance or a related field
7 + years of experience in B2B sales/technical sales/product development/business development/licensing
Successful track record in high velocity land and expand go to market sales
Outstanding organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects - passionate about technology adoption
Ability to create new and leverage established relationships within VP/C levels
Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills and excellent team player
Self-motivated, driven and results oriented
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Produce high quality and accurate work consistently
Ability to travel
